Your baby hit HUGE milestones, growing and learning so much in just one short year. They deserve some cake for all the hard work! I suggest booking your cake smash session at least 4 months before you want your session to take place.

Simple cake smash

Just like it sounds, it’s nice and simple with the baby being the main focus. We will discuss details together before booking to ensure we are on the same page and all expectations can be met. I will custom design a set on a white backdrop for your baby's cake smash in the theme or color scheme of your choice with balloons and simple props. Themed sets are a collaboration between the client and the photographer.

How it all goes down

The first few shots we get will be portraits of your baby dressed in a cute outfit for a couple of traditional first birthday portraits. We can include a family shot as well.

After that, I'll capture your baby enjoying a yummy and messy cake.

Spash Baths are a fun add-on! Following the cake smash, we will move your messy kiddo into a tub of warm water for more pictures. A lot of splashing and giggling happened for sure. I haven’t met a baby yet who doesn’t love bath time!
