Daniel’s winter Onederland cake smash was an adorable success! Goodness, I love how this winter themed set up came out. So much fun for a winter baby! Not only he’s absolutely adorable, but he’s such a smiley happy dude, and he dove right into his cake.

When should I book my baby’s session?
Please contact me by the time baby is 9-10 months old. I can occasionally accommodate a last minute session, but typically I book up at least a month or two in advance.

How long will the session last?
Your session will last 60 minutes.

When will my session take place?
Cake smash sessions should be scheduled when your baby is happiest, so after a good nap and possibly a small snack (not too much because we want them to want to eat the cake). Typically indoor sessions are scheduled after baby’s morning nap, usually around 12pm-1pm. However, outdoor sessions are schedule about 90 min prior to sunset for ideal lighting.

What kind of cake should I get?
Cakes should be 4-6″, vanilla. Icing colors should be white or pastels as bright/dark colors tend to stain and don’t look great in photos.

What should my baby wear?
You may choose outfits that fit the theme and colors. Most girls wear dresses or tutus, while boys wear just a diaper cover or jeans with no shirt. No shoes needed!

​What will happen after the session?
After your session, I will start working on your gallery and put up a sneak peek on Facebook within 48 hours. In approximately 20 days, you will receive a link to your gallery.
